AZ BLACK VISOR CURVE

Black visor curver to bend the flat visor of any cap without folding it by hand. It sits on the visor and holds it while it takes shape, spreading the pressure along the whole edge instead of concentrating it in one spot. Works for snapback, trucker and flat-visor caps like the 59FIFTY. It's the accessory you'll also find called a visor curve, visor shaper or bill bender.

Almost every cap leaves the factory with a completely flat visor, and curving it is a personal choice for whoever wears it: some want just a hint of a curve and some want it as tight as possible. The problem is the usual DIY methods. Bending it by hand leaves a sharp crease right where you press, putting it in a glass or a paper roll forces the curve only in the center, and wetting it can leave a ring on the fabric or warp the inner visor stiffener, which on many models is a rigid sheet that won't come back once it snaps. A curver applies a smooth, even curve, which is exactly what you can't get by hand.

It's a reusable tool, so it doesn't get used up on one cap: it works for your whole collection and for reshaping a visor that has opened up with wear. It takes up very little space and stores with your caps without getting in the way. For anyone with several caps it's one of the buys that changes a piece's look the most for what it costs, and it saves you from ruining an expensive cap trying the glass trick.
