Wu-Tang Clan formed in Staten Island in the early nineties and rewrote the rules of East Coast rap with their debut, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). The collective renamed their borough Shaolin and built their own mythology from there that's still a reference today; the print captures that connection to the territory.
