01 What kinds of brands do you carry in the store?
At Area Zero we work with more than 43 international and emerging streetwear brands: Nike, Adidas, Karl Kani, Champion, Sprayground, New Era, Jordan, Fred Perry, Lacoste, Mister Tee, Grimey, Santa Cruz, Ripndip, Von Dutch, 47 Brand, Goorin Bros, Capslab and many more. Our goal is to offer diverse styles to suit different tastes and budgets.
02 Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we deliver nationwide within 24-48h. Shipping is free on orders over 70€. For more details, check our Shipping page.
03 Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is in its original condition, unused and with the tags attached. Check our returns policy for more information.
04 How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or on the carrier's website to follow the status of your shipment.
05 Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days. You can exchange an item for another size, color or product, as long as it meets our return conditions.
06 Do you offer special discounts?
Yes, we regularly run promotions and discounts. Check out our sections: Official Sale, Permanent Outlet and Flash Deals. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with deals and new arrivals.
07 Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes, we offer buy online, pick up in store at our 5 physical stores in Madrid. At checkout, select the “Pick up in store” option and you'll receive an email when your order is ready.
08 Do you have sizes for different body types?
Yes, we work with brands that offer a wide range of sizes from XS to XXL. You can check the size guides on each product page to find the one that fits you best.
09 Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at pedidos@areazero.biz. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel the purchase and refund you in full.
10 Where are the physical stores located?
We have 5 physical stores in Madrid: CC La Gavia (28051), CC Plenilunio (28022), CC Plaza Norte 2 (28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes), CC Gran Plaza 2 (28222 Majadahonda) and CC El Ferial (28980 Parla). More information on our Stores page.
