Orders are shipped once payment has been received. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your order online at all times.

Shipping to the Canary Islands takes 5 to 7 business days and is handled by the carrier CORREOS. You will need to provide your national identity document (DNI/NIF or passport), as required by CUSTOMS.

At this time we do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla.

International packages are sent via Standard Air Shipping, with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Due to customs requirements, you will need to provide your DNI/NIF or passport. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

At this time we do not ship to Africa, Asia or Oceania.

*The destination customs office will likely charge fees beyond our control, which may vary depending on the country. If these charges are refused or not paid by the recipient, the order may be returned or destroyed. If the order is destroyed, we will not be able to refund the money. If it is returned to Area Zero and we have to cover these charges ourselves, we will deduct this amount from the total amount of the returned order and refund you the remaining difference.

You can also order online and pick up your purchase for free at any of our 5 physical stores in Madrid: CC La Gavia, CC Plenilunio, CC Plaza Norte 2, CC Gran Plaza 2 and CC El Ferial (Parla).

• Can I change the shipping address? Contact us at pedidos@areazero.biz as soon as possible if the order has not yet been processed.
• Can I pick up at a physical store? Yes, select that option at checkout.
• What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives? The carrier will attempt delivery again and/or leave a pickup notice.
