Terms and conditions

The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the cart by clicking on the corresponding icon. The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, the size, the chosen colour and the price in EUROS (taxes included).

PLEASE NOTE: The TOTAL shown does NOT include shipping costs, as rates will vary depending on the total amount of the purchase (shipping is free for purchases of €60 or more) and the delivery province. Once you have chosen the items and quantities, click the CONFIRM button.

If you have a customer account on the Area Zero website, click on CLICK HERE and fill in the email and password fields. Otherwise, provide your personal details on the order form. Your details will be used to process the order and make future purchases easier. In addition, you will receive information and offers by email if you request it.

Once the purchase order and shipping details have been completed, the total amount (including shipping costs where applicable) will appear at the top of the website. Then click PROCEED TO PAYMENT. Payments will be made through PAYPAL or Shopify Payments secure payment gateways.

Once the transaction has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary of your order. If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Service department. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and refund the amount charged for that item.

Shipping will be carried out by Correos, UPS and ZELERIS, depending on the customer's location and the confirmation of payment.

• Shipping to mainland Spain ‘Correos Express’: 24-48H
• Shipping to the Canary & Balearic Islands: 3-5 days
• International shipping UPS/CORREOS/ZELERIS: 7-10 days

Orders placed after 15:00 or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day, which may cause delays.

Shipping is free for purchases over €60 within mainland Spain and over €120 for international customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase once you have received it, you can make exchanges (of size or colour) within 30 days, provided the garment has not been worn or damaged. Exchanges and returns are not accepted on swimwear or underwear (except in the case of flaws or defects).

You can exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same item, or choose a different item, at AREA ZERO stores at no cost. In the case of returns due to flaws or defects, we will give you a VOUCHER with no expiry date that can be redeemed at any AREA ZERO store.

Free exchanges using a prepaid label after authorisation from our Customer Service Department. In the case of a return for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted.

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price of items shipped to certain regions, such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, mainland China, Australia, New Zealand and Puerto Rico, among others.
