Area Zero Returns and Exchanges Policy

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return or exchange your purchase. It's one of the longest windows in the streetwear sector, more than double the legal minimum (14 days).

• ✅ The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with tags and original packaging.
• ✅ The garment must not be washed, ironed or have any odors (perfume, tobacco smoke, etc.).
• ❌ Returns of personalized items or sealed items that have been unsealed are not accepted for hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear).
• 📦 Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error (in which case we cover them).

1. Contact us at pedidos@areazero.biz with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Follow the instructions we'll send you to prepare the product for shipping.
3. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If you want to change the size, the color or swap for a different product: contact pedidos@areazero.biz to arrange the exchange. If the new product has a different price, the amount will be adjusted (we'll refund the difference or ask you to complete the payment).

You can also return or exchange your purchase at any of our 5 physical stores in Madrid: CC La Gavia, CC Plenilunio, CC Plaza Norte 2, CC Gran Plaza 2 and CC El Ferial (Parla). Bring the product in its original condition along with the receipt or order number. Check addresses and opening hours.

If your order was shipped outside Spain (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or the Americas), you also have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it, under the same conditions as in Spain.

• 📩 Before sending it, email us at pedidos@areazero.biz with your order number and we'll send you the return address of our warehouse in Madrid.
• 📦 You arrange and pay for the return shipping with the carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service: we can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
• 💶 We refund the price of the returned products. If you're in the European Union and return the whole order, we also refund the original shipping (standard rate). Outside the EU, the original shipping is not refunded.
• 🧾 If you ship from outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or the Americas), mark the parcel as returned goods on the customs paperwork. Any duties or taxes you paid when receiving the order in your country are not charged by us and can't be refunded; if the return incurs import charges in Spain, they will be deducted from the refund.
• 🔁 From outside Spain, size or product exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.
• ⚠️ If the product arrives defective or we made a mistake with your shipment, we cover the costs outside Spain too.

If you receive a defective product or we've made a mistake with your shipment, we cover all return costs and send you the correct product at no extra cost. Contact us as soon as possible at pedidos@areazero.biz with photos of the defect and your order number.

• Can I return a Sale or Outlet product? Yes, all products have the same 30-day return window.
• Can I return a gift? Yes, as long as the return conditions are met.
• How long does the refund take? A maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive the product.
